Welding Equipment
Angle Grinder
A handheld power tool with a rotating abrasive disc, for cutting, grinding and weld preparation.

Welding Equipment
A motorised unit that drives welding wire from the spool to the torch at a controlled, adjustable rate.
A wire feeder draws wire off a spool and drives it through a liner to the welding torch or head at a set speed, matched to the welding current so the wire melts into the weld pool at the same rate it is supplied. Feed speed is one of the two settings, alongside voltage, that actually controls a wire welding process, get it wrong and the arc either burns back into the contact tip or stubs out against the plate, which is why a stable, accurately calibrated feeder matters as much as the power source it is paired with. Drive roll groove profile is matched to the wire diameter and material, since a mismatched roll either slips against the wire or crushes it, and either fault shows up as an inconsistent arc at the torch.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.

Welding Equipment
An arc welding process that shields the weld pool with an externally supplied gas instead of a flux coating.

Welding Equipment
A power source for stick (SMAW) welding, delivering a controlled current through a coated electrode held by hand.

Welding Equipment
An automatic welding machine that runs the submerged arc process, burying the arc under a bed of granular flux.
