What this site collects

This website is a set of static files. It has no user accounts, no contact form, no comment system and no advertising. It does not set cookies and it does not run analytics.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include the IP address a request came from and the page requested. We do not read these routinely and we do not link them to a person.

The quote list

When you add a product to your quote list, your browser saves it under the key "ops.quote.v1" in its local storage. What is saved is the product identifier, the quantity, and any note you type. Nothing else.

This stays on your device. It is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. It is not shared between your devices, and clearing your browser data removes it.

It leaves your device only when you press "Send via WhatsApp", "Copy list" or "Email this list". At that moment your quote list, together with any name, company or project location you filled in, becomes the text of a message that you send. You can read and edit that message before sending it.

You can empty the list at any time with the "Clear list" button on the quote page.

WhatsApp and email

When you contact us through WhatsApp, the message and your phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, not ours. The same applies to email and to your email provider.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as we need them to quote, supply and support the order. We do not sell them and we do not add you to a mailing list.
