Welding Equipment
Gas Shielded Arc Welding
An arc welding process that shields the weld pool with an externally supplied gas instead of a flux coating.

Welding Equipment
A handheld power tool with a rotating abrasive disc, for cutting, grinding and weld preparation.
An angle grinder spins an abrasive disc at high speed, and which disc is fitted determines the job: a cutting disc parts material, a grinding disc removes weld reinforcement or scale, and a flap or wire disc prepares a surface before coating. It is the single most-used hand tool in fabrication and repair work precisely because of that versatility, weld preparation, deburring a cut edge, and blending a repair into surrounding plate are three different jobs done with the same tool and a disc change between them. A guard fitted over the exposed portion of the disc is standard rather than optional equipment, since a disc running at full speed that shatters or binds is one of the more common causes of serious injury in fabrication work.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.

Welding Equipment
A power source for stick (SMAW) welding, delivering a controlled current through a coated electrode held by hand.

Welding Equipment
An automatic welding machine that runs the submerged arc process, burying the arc under a bed of granular flux.

Welding Equipment
A motorised carriage that carries a submerged arc welding head at a steady speed along a seam.
