Welding Equipment
Angle Grinder
A handheld power tool with a rotating abrasive disc, for cutting, grinding and weld preparation.

Welding Equipment
A motorised carriage that carries a submerged arc welding head at a steady speed along a seam.
A submerged arc welding trolley is the motorised carriage that travels the welding head along a seam at a set, steady speed, either running on rails clamped to the plate or self-propelled along a guide track, what lets the process hold the constant travel speed that consistent penetration depends on. Travel speed, arc voltage and wire feed rate together determine weld quality in this process, so the trolley's job of holding one of those three variables steady is what makes the weld repeatable at all. Some trolleys run on a magnetic or clamped track fixed directly to the plate, letting the same unit weld curved as well as straight seams by following whatever path the track is set to.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.

Welding Equipment
An arc welding process that shields the weld pool with an externally supplied gas instead of a flux coating.

Welding Equipment
A power source for stick (SMAW) welding, delivering a controlled current through a coated electrode held by hand.

Welding Equipment
An automatic welding machine that runs the submerged arc process, burying the arc under a bed of granular flux.
