Shipyard Equipment
CNC Cutting Machine
A computer-controlled cutting machine that follows a programmed path to cut steel plate for hull and structural parts.

Shipyard Equipment
A line that cleans, abrasive-blasts and primes new steel plate before it goes to fabrication.
A steel plate pretreatment machine runs incoming plate through cleaning, abrasive blasting to remove mill scale and rust, and a shop primer coat in a single continuous line, preparing raw plate for cutting and welding in a controlled, repeatable process rather than one-off manual blasting. Removing mill scale before fabrication matters because scale left on a plate interferes with weld quality and traps corrosion underneath a finished coating, so pretreating stock before it is cut is standard practice. Spent abrasive is typically reclaimed and recirculated within the line rather than discarded after one pass, which keeps the process economical at the volume a shipyard's plate throughput actually requires.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.
