Shipyard Equipment
CNC Cutting Machine
A computer-controlled cutting machine that follows a programmed path to cut steel plate for hull and structural parts.

Shipyard Equipment
A press that uses hydraulic force to bend, form or straighten steel plate and structural sections.
A hydraulic press uses a hydraulic ram to apply controlled, high-tonnage force between a punch and die, forming plate or straightening a bent section by exceeding the material's yield point in a deliberate, controlled way rather than by impact. Its output is rated in tonnage because that is the number that determines what it can actually do: bending a given plate thickness to a given radius takes a specific, calculable force, and a press under-sized for the job simply will not complete the bend. The punch and die are interchangeable tooling rather than fixed to the machine, so the same press bends a range of profiles simply by swapping the pair fitted for a given job.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.
