Shipyard Equipment
Hydraulic Press
A press that uses hydraulic force to bend, form or straighten steel plate and structural sections.

Shipyard Equipment
A computer-controlled cutting machine that follows a programmed path to cut steel plate for hull and structural parts.
A CNC cutting machine drives a plasma, oxy-fuel or laser cutting head along a path read directly from a digital nesting file, cutting plate to the exact profile a hull or structural part needs without the marking-out and manual tracing that hand cutting requires. Because the cutting path comes straight from the same drawing used to design the part, dimensional accuracy and repeatability are far higher than manual cutting can achieve, what makes efficient plate nesting and tight-tolerance fit-up possible at fabrication scale. Many machines also cut bevel edges directly, preparing a plate's edge for welding in the same pass that cuts its profile, which removes a separate edge-preparation step from the fabrication sequence.
Full specifications, material grades and dimensions are confirmed per enquiry. Tell us the vessel and the duty, and we will send the datasheet.
